A not-for-profit and private sector initiative, HITE helps start-ups
develop and grow their hi-tech venture, promoting entrepreneurship
through Education, Information, and Awareness programs.

Education: HITE's education programs focus on learning from others' experience. Founders/ CEO's of many of Canada's most dramatic hi-tech successes and failures share their experience about starting and growing their hi- tech operations.

Information: HITE offers the opportunity to share and collaborate on development efforts, locate resources, develop business projects, strategic alliances/partnerships, and technology transfers.

Awareness: HITE's programs provide the opportunity to discover new and emerging technologies - from individuals actually developing the technology. HITE's various programs include hands-on tours of local hi-tech operations/ facilities.
